RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, another product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We also offer a 90 day warranty on all of our products for manufacturing defects. Standard wear and tear will not be covered under the 90 day warranty. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • All returned or exchanged items must have original purchase receipt or order number
  • To initiate a return, start by completing the form below.
  • Please provide your order #, whether you would like a return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within 1-2 business days.
  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the exchange or store credit has been issued.

All sales of personalized apparel items are final. 

We'll exchange, credit, or refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return.
